Connection Issues Beyond Refund Window:If the refund period has passed, and connectivity issues with the proxy own prevent usage due to problems, a refund may be issued.
Non-Refundable After Refund Window:Once the refund period has passed and the proxies are functioning without issue, refunds will not be provided.
